Mango Chutney Chicken Curry


  • 4 chicken breasts (organic), chopped) (Protein)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 heaped teaspoons Mango Chutney (From Bakery Lane)
  • 2 tablespoons of Half-Fat Crème Fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
  • Basil leaves to dress
  • Wholemeal Rice (Low-Glycemic Food)


In a pan, brown the chicken first, then add the onion and garlic, then saute. Add the spices then the Mango Chutney and Crème Fraîche. Slow cook for 20 minutes, add salt and pepper. Serve with wholemeal rice and basil. Mild, aromatic and filling.
